Where we deliver
We deliver to all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates. Orders are dispatched from our UAE stock.
Delivery charges
- Orders from AED 999 to AED 2,998.99: AED 149 flat delivery to any emirate.
- Orders of AED 2,999 or more: free delivery.
The minimum wholesale order is AED 999 (excluding delivery). You can mix and match any products to reach it.
Delivery times
Orders placed before 2pm (UAE time) on a working day are usually dispatched the same or next working day. Delivery normally takes 1–3 working days after dispatch. Large or heavy orders (for example power stations or several cartons) may come by van, and we will contact you to arrange a time.
Tracking
You will receive an email with your order details and, once dispatched, tracking or driver contact details.
Checking your delivery
Please check the number of cartons and their condition when your order arrives. Note any visible damage with the driver and tell us within 48 hours at info@graftonecom.ae or +971 55 411 0687.
Delivery into Grafton fulfilment
If you would like your stock delivered straight into Grafton fulfilment for storage and order shipping, tell us when you order.
