5. No Guarantee of Business Results
Ecommerce and business performance can depend on many factors outside Grafton’s control.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Grafton does not guarantee specific sales volumes, profits, revenue, marketplace rankings, website traffic, customer acquisition levels or other commercial results from using our services.
Customers remain responsible for their own business decisions and for assessing whether products, services and business opportunities are suitable for their requirements.
6. Product Sourcing
Where Grafton assists with sourcing products, availability, prices, minimum order quantities, production times, shipping costs and supplier terms may change.
Any important specifications or requirements should be communicated before an order is confirmed.
For specially sourced, manufactured, branded or customised products, an order may become non-cancellable once sourcing, production or other committed costs have been incurred, subject to the applicable agreement and UAE law.
7. Wholesale & Business Orders
Grafton may supply products on a wholesale or business-to-business basis.
Prices, quantities, minimum order requirements, payment terms, delivery arrangements and other commercial conditions may be provided through the website, quotation, invoice, purchase order or other agreement.
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Grafton.

Services already performed and costs already incurred may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms agreed with the customer.
Custom, specially sourced, manufactured or branded products may have additional cancellation or return restrictions.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Delivery & Fulfilment
Where Grafton supplies or fulfils physical products, delivery dates and times may be estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Delivery may be carried out by Grafton or by third-party logistics, courier or transportation providers.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that an authorised person is available to receive the delivery where required.
Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated as part of the transaction.
